Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display at the J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A portrait of Col. Edward Rickenbacker is featured adjacent to seven American Flags, and a patriotic top hat surrounded by a ring. Signage adjacent to the portrait reads, "A salute to a Great American Hero, Col. Edward V. Rickenbacker, May his lucky star always shine brightly and may his famous 'Hat in the Ring' be a symbol..." Also, signage affixed in the foreground reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds." The date, and photographic sequence number are printed on the bottom of the recto, "1-23-43; 18752-x."
