Two strands of ribbon lead from the sign to a listing of places where one may purchase bonds, the list includes, Allen Shoe Store, Crowley-Milner Co., Detroit Edison Co., D.J. Healy Shops, Himelhochs, Sam's Cut Rate, Sears Roebuck and Co., and Whaling's. Signage on the far left side of the window reads, "The Aim of the Treasury Department, A $100.
