"Flashing the plastic" now gets "charge account" truckers through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel in one-fourth the time, thank to the plastic charge card being inserted in a new toll booth computer terminal here by Donald M. Vuchetich, president of the Detroit & Canada Tunnel Corp. which operated the tunnel.
