Two male mannequins, dressed in military service uniforms appear in a bunk on a military base, as noted in the mural behind them. Pin-ups grace their walls, as one sits on a cot and reads a letter. Signage neighboring the men reads, "-Please- Plainly it is our duty here at home, to furnish good mail-cheerful mail- to every friend and loved one we have in Service. Do you realise how much depends on keeping hearts happy and chins high? Write now and write often. Please." Affixed signage is visible in the bottom foreground of the window and reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D."
