Also, signage in the foreground reads, "A salute to the Women of America, Wives and Mothers on the Home Front, Despite point rationing shortages and high taxes, you manage to feed us well." Affixed signage to the bottom foreground of the image reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D."
