A mannequin dressed in military fatigues, appears to be using a type of automatic weaponry from a camouflaged bunker. Signage adjacent to the mannequin reads, "All We Ask, Keep Working, Keep Praying, Keep Buying Bonds, PLEASE!." Also, signage affixed to the lower foreground of the display reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D." The date, photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "6-19-44; 18976; Davis B. Hillmer."
