A large bomb with the inscription, "To Tojo, With Love and Hisses" appears to be falling out of an airplane and onto a map of Japan. Signage adjacent to the map reads, "Bombs Away! Now More than ever let's help the War Production Pledge of More-Better-Sooner and on to Tokio, Your Bonds will help to Victory." Affixed signage on the lower foreground of the display reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds, Immediate Delivery, WAR BONDS, 11th Floor, Woodward, Section D."
