Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Three differing types of men's suit jackets, dress shirts, and neck ties, including an overcoat are featured adjacent to Aircraft Parts, Made in Detroit by Ex-Cell-O, for Navy Planes. Signage adjacent to the aircraft parts includes a drawing of troops aboard an aircraft carrier, the sign reads, "Enemy Sighted- Attack! Lend A Hand- EnList in the Navy Today." Also, smaller foreground signage reads, "Rockham Flannels, Easy Draping Washable Fabric, Continual Style and Comfort, $38.50, New England Cropped Top Coat, $33.90, Second Floor, Woodward." Affixed in the lower foreground of the window is signage which reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds." The photographer's name is also printed on the bottom of the recto, "Davis B. Hillmer."
