An American Flag and covers of the Saturday Evening Post flank the left side of the display which features men and women of the war industry, including a man holding a riveter, in front of the image of a General Infantry soldier. Signage adjacent to the soldier and riveter reads, "When You Buy War Bonds You Speed the wheels of Victory!" Also, an American flag on the far right side of the display neighbors signage which reads, "Keep of Freedom Burning. Toiling with hand and heart and head. America's great and growing army of war workers are giving our fighting men weapons they need to win... and are helping to pay for them through payroll investment in War Bonds. * Let's ALL Fight by Buying MORE WAR BONDS AND STAMPS." Affixed signage at the lower foreground of the window reads, "Four Freedoms War Bond Show, Auditorium, 12th Floor." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "14x; Davis B. Hillmer."
