Land and Admiral H.L. Vickery , Oregon Shipbuilding Corporation, Portland, Oregon, Kaiser Company, Inc., Vancouver, Washington. Signage in the left foreground features an image of a Merchant Marine delivering goods from a factory to soldiers; the sign reads, "Deliver Goods to our Fighting Fronts Across the 7 Seas, Men 18 to 35, Join the U.S. Merchant Marine Service.
