One color Polaroid photograph showing a dredge and the tugboat, HAMP THOMAS, of the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. The photo shows a port side view of the tugboat which is stationary or moving very slowly in icy conditions. A dipper dredge is at work in the right background and is placing excavated material in an adjacent barge. Portions of riprap breakwater can be seen in the far left background and the right foreground. A date on the verso shows "1-8-74."
