One black and white photograph of the tugboat, FLO W., in the harbor at Ashtabula, Ohio. Part of a dipper dredge is visible at the left side of the photo and part of a barge is visible at the right. The harbor breakwater and ice floes can be seen in the background along with a dipper dredge and barge that are at work in the harbor. The tugboat, dredges, and barges were owned by the Merritt-Chapman & Scott Corporation. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "Ashtabula, 28 March '63."
