One color photograph of a crane barge and the tugboat, CORMORANT, from the Faust Corporation. The vessels are part of the crew which participated in the raising of a large ship anchor from the SS EDMUND FITZGERALD from the Detroit River in the area located upstream of the Renaissance Center. The photo shows a view of the two vessels in the foreground. Many workmen and observers are standing on the tugboat and barge decks. The old Parke Davis building and several apartment buildings can be seen along the Detroit shoreline in the background.
