One color photograph of the upper deck of the hydrofoil, KATRAN IV, which ran aground near Grassy Island in the lower Detroit River. The photo shows a view facing aft along the upper deck of the hydrofoil as well as the slings and lift cable which are being used to raise the vessel. A portion of a crane barge can be seen at the left side of the photo and a second barge can be seen to the right. The Detroit River and shoreline are visible in the background.
