He is well-dressed in a 3-piece gray herringbone suit with a white shirt and bow tie. He is standing behind a microphone and appears to be giving a speech at a dinner or conference. Two other businessmen are seated beside him. A drapery and decorative white wall paneling are visible in the background. Handwritten notes on the verso read "B.E. Hutchinson, Treasurer (CFO) Chrysler Corp.," and "B.E. Hutchinson - Walter Chrysler's choice for Treasurer (CFO) of Chrysler. Daughter lived on Merriweather (Mrs. Lorrie) in Grosse Pointe Farms."
