One black and white photograph of Detroit Tigers super fan, Patsy O'Toole. He is wearing a double-breasted suit coat with a white shirt and tie. He is seated in a chair at Navin Field with his left hand raised to his mouth and his right arm raised in a cheering pose.

Newspaper reports of the time referred to him as "leather-lunged," as having a "fog horn voice," and being a "rabid fan" of the Detroit Tigers. He was noted for roaring cheers such as "Ohboyohboyohboyohboy" and "Keep Cool with O'Toole."
