Kenneth Croft was selected to act as "Prince Charming" in an annual "Cinderella" contest that was sponsored by the Central Business District Association (CBDA). He is well-dressed in a white shirt, dark suit, and tie, and is standing in front of two desks/tables that are stacked high with bundles of U.S. Currency notes including 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50 dollar notes. Cage type security partitions and overhead lighting can be seen in the background. A blue ink stamp on the verso has text that reads "Joe Clark, H.B.S.S., 20 Bartlett at Woodward, Detroit 3, Michigan," and "TUlsa 3-3912, Photographic Ideas, Pictures that Tell A Story." Handwritten pencil text reads "Kenneth Croft, 10, 1971."
