One black and white photograph of passengers who are standing at the railings on three decks aboard the steamship, SS SEEANDBEE, of the Cleveland and Buffalo Transit Company. All are well-dressed in coats and jackets and are throwing streamers over the railings as the ship makes an evening departure from the dock in Detroit. Handwritten black ink text on the verso reads "Saturday, August 16, 1941, evening sailing from Detroit - Navy pier."
