Several passengers are visible on the ship's promenades. A figure boards from a ramp at the end of a jetty, which extends from the left edge of the frame. A boy sits on the jetty. A cart loaded with boards is at the foot of the jetty. The photo has beveled edges. "Photo by B.H. Nichols Neg. No. 398," and "1988," are stamped on the verso. "Put in Bay 1950," is handwritten and "755," is stamped on the verso of an enlargement.
