Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring the Salvation Army at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins, one dressed as a nun, and the other in a black dress, and hat, stand adjacent to a large quilted heart, with open doors and signage which reads, "Open Your Heart, Help The House of the Good Shepherd - The Salvation Army." Also smaller signage neighboring the heart reads, "We Ask You to Help The Salvation Army and The House of the Good Shepherd, Open Heart Fund Campaign, June 7-17." A portrait which the two mannequins were modeled after is visible on the lower right side of the window. The photographic sequence number and photographer's name is printed on the bottom of the recto, "18035-B; Davis B. Hillmer."
