Print. Black and white photographic print of an interior display at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A bed, dressed in a plaid coverlet, is adjacent to a nightstand, and a small folding table and chairs. A typewriter, pencils, and paper are visible atop the folding table. Signage affixed to the rear wall reads, "Samson, Table-Study Area for Young Man." An image of ducks is positioned above the dressed, and printed curtains hang from the window. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "23440-6x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer." Also, the date is hand-written on the verso, "1948."
