Black and white photographic print of a papier-mâché lumberjack displayed at the Detroit Historical Museum during Michigan History Week, 1967. Signage visible on the floor behind the lumberjack reads, "Michigan at one time was the largest producer of lumber in the United States. A title from the 1860s to the 1890s. The lumberjacks worked in ____ cutting down the trees, ____ working , the men might start singing this song, 'I am a jolly shanty boy, as you will soon discover. To all the Dodge's I am Fly, A hustling fine wood's rover…" Also, hand written on the verso, "Michigan Week School's Exhibit; May 1967."
