Black and white photographic print of Miss Carpenter, the 1950 Queen of Belle Isle (left), is receiving a glass of punch from Mrs. Helen Brown, wife of Detroit Historical Museum Director, Henry Brown, aboard the J.T. Wing on Belle Isle. Typed on the verso, "Miss Carpenter (Queen of Belle Isle - 1950), with Mrs. Henry D. Brown (Helen), Aboard the 'J.T. Wing.'" Also, the photographer's name is stamped on the verso and the date is handwritten, "Photograph by R.H. Davison, 1954."
