Heineman Recognition Day; standing right of Mr. Weeks is Dr. Philip Mason, and on the right is (John W. Peoples?). The recognition day certificate reads, "Office of the Mayor - City of Detroit, David E. Heineman Recognition Day, April 20, 1972; David E. Heineman, former alderman and City costlier, from 1910 to 1913, designed the City of Detroit flag in 1907." Visible behind the men is the image of Mr. Heineman and a Resolution in Memoriam.
