Print. Black and white photographic print of a rug display at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Rugs are displayed on curved elongated metal frames, and placed on large sections of floor space. Chairs are positioned two by two for patrons to observe the differing textiles. Illuminated cases set with in the pilasters feature differing images and textiles. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "22386-6x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
