Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring a kitchen from the Kitchen Planning Center at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Featured in the display are a Chambers Gas Range, and a Daystron table and four chairs. Pots and pans are placed atop the range, as well as a serving dish and storage unit; the dinette is set up for breakfast. A cast-iron pan, muffin tin and serving spoon are mounted to the wall above the range. Signage in the central left foreground reads, "Brides Week… A Tradition at Hudson's, For the Bride and Groom…a carefully planned, efficient kitchen, planned for you by our Kitchen Planning Center, Tenth Floor, Gratiot, Sections C and D."
