The bottom right has a a white five-sided cross above two blue club shapes, one of which has a red diamond in the middle. The bottom left has two flags crossed, one is the American flag, the other is a white flag with a blue club shape with red diamond in the middle. At the bottom of the emblem, "Hazen Pingree" is written. The shield is topped with an American eagle, and surrounded by a scrollwork pattern. An epaulet with the number 43 is displayed in front of the coat of arms.
