Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display featuring different types of furniture and home accessories sold at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A tropical patterned davenport is flamed by two illuminated lamps which are sitting atop small end tables. A large occasional table is visible on the right side of the image, and also features an illuminated lamp with an ornate base, as well as books and an object for display. An upholstered arm chair, and end table with a lamp which features an ornate horse head base, are visible left of the davenport. Floral drapes, and a tropical oil painting are visible on the back wall. Signage in the central foreground of the window reads, "Fashion Show of Lamps, See sumptuous settings of showing how lamps can be dramatized in your own home. Lamps, Tenth Floor, Woodward." The photographic sequence number is printed on the bottom of the recto, "22652-9x."
