Black and white photographic print depicting an architectural model of a proposed design for Civic Center Plaza. It shows an overview looking north from the Detroit River, between Cobo Hall and the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. Towards the rear are buildings along Jefferson Avenue, including the Pontchartrain Hotel, Michigan Consolidated Gas Building, City-County Building.
Originally in a photo album of plans by Smith, Hinchman & Grylls Associates for Civic Center Plaza and the Horace E. Dodge and Son Fountain.
