Black and white photo taken at what appears to be a banquet, possibly an election of officers meeting, as Tom Hughes, standing at left, hands off a gavel to Al Smith, identified on the verso as the APBA Executive Secretary. The other people in the photo are identified as Mrs. Carl Johnson and Carl Johnson, both seated. On the verso, the photo is marked 1952, and "from the collection of J. Gerald Gunn."
