Three early automobiles and a horse-drawn carriage are stopped behind the building. Several figures are in view around the building's grounds. "Casino Belle Isle," is handwritten in the lower left corner of the photo's border. The photo is mounted on a piece of black paper, presumably a portion of a photo album page. Remnants of another photo are pasted on the verso.
