Mounted sepia-toned photo of the Department of Parks and Boulevards stables at 109 Jones Street between Third Street and Fourth Street. A man in a suit and boater hat poses outside of the gate to the stables, beside the department's plaque. "1910" is engraved on the building's cornice. The area to the upper left of the gate, as well as the side wall on the lower right have been retouched in grey. A Peninsular Engraving Company proof stamp, numbered 1112, is on the verso.
