One black and white photograph which shows buildings on 12th Street (at Gladstone Street) that were damaged by during the 1967 Detroit Riot. Large groups of African Americans can be seen on the sidewalks. Debris is scattered along the sidewalks and only a few cars are on the street. Business signs include Master Craft Cleaners & Laundry, Rencher Drugs, and the New Blaine Barber Shop & Beauty Bar.
