Handwritten black pen text on the verso reads "Robt. Cummings, Sun., Nov. 1, 1970," and "VG [Very Good interview]." Additional handwritten text reads "(City of Hope - Rawleigh House)." Several black ink date stamps range from February 8, 1976, to August 31, 1980, for photo publication dates. A newspaper obituary for Robert Cummings (died on December 2, 1990, in Los Angeles) is taped to the verso.
