The upper level shows the line's acid baths and wash tanks in the foreground and the furnaces in the background. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen on a roller in the upper level. Construction work is being completed on the lower level. Various pieces of equipment and debris can be seen, including a tool cart with Motor City Electric Co. written on the back. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 6-19-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
