To the left of those machines are a second leveler and shearer. A man in a hardhat stands at the control panel of the leveler. Stairs to a walkway over the line are to the left of the shearer. To the left of the walkway is a Taylor Winfield welder. To the left of the welder is tension roller machine. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen on two of the machines. In the center foreground is a tool cart with "Commercial Contracting Corporation" painted on the side. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 5-22-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
