A staircase leads to the upper level where the line's furnaces can be seen. The Electric Furnace Co. (EF) logo can be seen on the furnaces. Several metal plates are stacked in the foreground. Various metal trash barrels can be seen on the floor and a generator can be seen at the far left. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 5-22-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
