A staircase leads to the upper level at the far right. Construction on the lower level of the line has not been completed. Several supports and pipes rest on the floor in the foreground. A set of power stations can be seen beneath the furnaces. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 5-22-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
