The exit end of the Continuous Annealing & Pickling (CAP) line is shown. A control panel can be seen near the center of photo with recoilers on either side. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen on the machines. Metal drums and wooden pallets can be seen in the foreground. The upper level of the CAP line is just visible at the far right and two workers in hardhats can be seen leaning over the railing. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 4-25-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
