The entrance end of the two-level Continuous Annealing & Pickling (CAP) line is shown. An uncoiler and leveler can be seen in the foreground along with an elevated control panel. Behind the leveler, the shearer is partially visible as well as the welder and wash tank. The Production Machinery (PM) logo is visible on several machines. At the far left, an elevated walkway over the line is partially visible. Equipment, materials, and metal drums line the floor of the lower level. Three sets of metal cable trays can be seen along the far wall above the line. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 3-27-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
