On the left, the tops of several machines are visible, including the leveler, shearer, welder, and rollers. To the right of the line in the foreground is an open wooden crate full of parts. Beyond the crate are several tool carts including one that has "Commercial Contracting Corporation" printed on the side. Beyond the carts, other equipment and materials can be seen. At the far end of the building, an exit door is visible. Three metal cable trays can be seen along the left wall. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 3-11-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
