The upper level shows the line's furnaces under construction, together with the cooling section and first bath. At the far right, workers can be seen installing the furnaces. A metal hopper rests along the edge of the upper level. On the lower level are tool carts, metal tanks, wooden spools, and other equipment. A staircase to the upper level can be seen behind the carts. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 3-11-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
