The tops of several machines can be seen to the left, including a set of pull-out rollers, a wash basin, welder, shearer, and leveler. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen to the left. Various pieces of equipment and materials can be seen on the floor along with tool carts, work tables, and bundles of pipes. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 2-27-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
