Print. Black and white photographic print of a large food exhibition held in the auditorium at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Individual kiosks feature differing types of confectionaries including Elmer Candy Co., Katherine Beecher, and Ann Raskas which are visible throughout the center of the auditorium. Neighboring the kiosks to the right, are tables with differing sets of tableware and centerpieces. Cut-outs of a large cartoon chef and sous-chefs adorn the top perimeter of the auditorium. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "23913-3x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
