On the lower level, two wooden spools can be seen on the floor as well as a metal cable tray and tool carts that are marked "Motor City Electric Co." and "La Planta 76." A tall stack of Babcock & Wilcox firebrick boxes stands on the lower level in the background. Beyond that, a hi-lo rests behind a stack of materials. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 2-27-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
