An uncoiler with an open jack pit is visible in front of the workers. A leveler and shearer can be seen beyond the uncoiler. A third worker is standing beside the shearer, and a second uncoiler and leveler are located to his left. The Production Machinery (PM) logo can be seen on several machines. Various pieces of equipment and materials can be seen at the left side of the photo including two "Motor City Electric Co." tool carts. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 2-13-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
