The end of a crane can be seen in the background above the upper level. A control room built of cinder block stands behind the line. Metal pieces line the floor to the right of the line. A second crane is also visible at the far end of the line. A black box with white text in the lower left corner reads "NO. 11 C.P. LINE DATE: 1-30-75 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS".
