Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of the Producer's Cheese display at the Food and Candy Fair held in the auditorium of The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Several differing size packages of Producer's Gouda Spread Cheese are featured throughout the display. An image of a woman producing cheese is visible in the upper left corner of the display. Signage in the top-center of the display reads, "Imported from Holland, The New Cheese Sensation, Whole Mile, The Producer's GOUDA SPREAD CHEESE." Images of Dutch men hauling pails of milk, wearing traditional Dutch dress, including wooden shoes are also featured throughout the display. The photographic sequence number, company name, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "24099-9x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
