One color photograph of two buildings/stores that were destroyed during the 1967 Detroit Riot. The photo shows firemen who are handling hoses on the ground floors of two fire-damaged buildings. Debris can be seen on the sidewalk in front of the stores. A National Guardsman is holding a rifle and is standing beside a control box on the sidewalk. A printed black date stamp on the edge of the photo shows "Jul., 67."
