One black and white photograph of the bulk carrier steamship, FORT YORK, of Canada Steamship Lines which is underway in fair weather on the Detroit River. The view looks northward from the Windsor shoreline at Alexander Park. Bushes, a lawn area, overhanging willow tree branches, and the Detroit River are visible in the foreground. The downbound steamship and Belle Isle shoreline are visible in the background including the Nancy Brown Peace Carillon which can be seen near the center of the photo. Handwritten blue ink text on the verso reads "17-63, 35 mm - (25)."
